How It Works
From character creation to completing your first adventure in 5 steps
Build a D&D character with ability scores (Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, Charisma). Roll 4d6 drop lowest or assign manually. Choose a class and start at Level 1.
Earn skills through XP and completed challenges, or purchase them to accelerate. Skills are organized by Combat, Navigation, Survival, and Social categories. Each level grants one skill slot.
Choose your travel mode (walk, bike, transit, car, boat, plane), duration (single or multi-day), and party size. Grant location permission so AI can generate routes from your current position.
Gemini AI creates a safe, public route with 3-5 waypoints tailored to your character level. Each waypoint includes a D&D-style challenge (roll a die to succeed), descriptions, and safety notes.
Follow the route to each waypoint. When within 100 meters, check in and roll dice to resolve challenges. Earn XP for success (100 XP) or partial credit for attempts (50 XP).
Complete the adventure to earn total XP. Every 1000 XP grants a new level, unlocking additional skill slots and access to harder challenges. Track progress on your character sheet.
Core Features
Everything you need for AI-driven real-world adventures
Physical dice motion detection. Shake your device to roll d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20, or d100. Supports modifiers, advantage, and disadvantage.
Full ability score system (Str, Dex, Con, Int, Wis, Cha) with computed modifiers. Create multiple characters, level up with XP, and switch active character anytime.
Unlock skills through gameplay (earn via XP/challenges) or purchase to accelerate. Level-based slots (1 per level) across Combat, Navigation, Survival, and Social trees.
Gemini AI creates personalized routes from your location. Waypoints include D&D challenges, dice requirements, and success thresholds. Safety-first: public spaces, daylight-appropriate, hard time/distance caps.
Real-world waypoint verification using GPS. Check in when within 100 meters. Live distance tracking shows how close you are. Works offline-friendly with cached routes.
Adapt routes to your mode: walk, bike, motorcycle, car, public transit, boat, or plane. AI adjusts waypoint spacing, challenge difficulty, and estimated duration accordingly.

Rolling Dice
Roll a die type (d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20, d100), add modifiers, and compare to the challenge's success threshold. If your total meets or exceeds the threshold, you succeed.
Advantage & Disadvantage
Advantage: Roll twice, take the higher result. Disadvantage: Roll twice, take the lower result. These never stack — you either have advantage, disadvantage, or neither.
Modifiers
Modifiers come from ability scores. Formula: (Ability Score - 10) / 2 rounded down. Example: 16 Strength = +3 modifier.
Each waypoint challenge specifies a die type (e.g., d20) and a success threshold (e.g., 12+). Roll the die, add your relevant ability modifier, and check if your total meets the threshold.
Roll ≥ threshold
Roll < threshold
Skills grant bonuses or special abilities during challenges. You can equip up to 1 skill per character level. Skills are organized into four categories:
Safety First
Real-world exploration requires real-world caution. Read these guidelines before your first adventure.
Public Spaces Only
AI generates routes through populated, public areas — never private property or restricted zones.
Daylight Appropriate
Routes avoid locations that become unsafe after dark. Always check local sunset times.
Hard Distance/Time Caps
Single-day adventures have strict duration limits. Multi-day routes require explicit opt-in.
One-Tap Abort
Exit any adventure instantly. Your safety always overrides game progression.
- •Check the weather. Don't start an outdoor adventure in severe conditions.
- •Charge your device. Keep battery above 50% for GPS tracking and emergency calls.
- •Tell someone. Share your route with a friend or family member.
- •Bring essentials. Water, snacks, and any medications you might need.
- •Know local emergency numbers. 911 (US), 999 (UK), 112 (EU), etc.
- •Trust your instincts. If a waypoint feels unsafe, abort and report it.
- •Stay aware of surroundings. Don't use the app while driving or in hazardous environments.
- •Respect private property. Even if the AI suggests it, never trespass.
- •Travel in groups when possible. Solo adventures are allowed but riskier.
