By accessing and using Roll for Adventure ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Roll for Adventure is an AI-driven location-based adventure game that uses D&D mechanics to generate real-world quests. By using this Service, you acknowledge the inherent risks of real-world exploration and agree to follow all safety guidelines.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Respect all local laws, regulations, and property rights during adventures
• Follow all safety guidelines and recommendations provided by the Service
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

IMPORTANT: Real-world adventures involve inherent risks. You are solely responsible for your safety.

The Service provides AI-generated routes and challenges, but:

• You must exercise independent judgment about safety and appropriateness of any route or challenge
• Always prioritize your personal safety over game objectives
• Never trespass on private property or enter restricted areas
• Obey all traffic laws and signals when traveling
• Be aware of your surroundings and environmental conditions
• Use the "Abort Adventure" feature if you feel unsafe at any time

Roll for Adventure and its creators are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during use of the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

The Service requires access to your device's location services to function. By granting location permission, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can revoke location permission at any time through your device settings, but this will prevent the Service from functioning properly.

All content, features, and functionality of Roll for Adventure are owned by the Service and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

D&D mechanics and rules referenced in this Service are based on the d20 System Reference Document and Open Gaming License. Roll for Adventure is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast.

You retain ownership of any content you create (character data, adventure logs, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display this content as necessary to provide the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may delete your account at any time through the Profile settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
